It is so nice this time of the year that you can walk out into the garden and pick a variety of fresh vegetables mix them together and cook them on the BBQ and have a delicious meal. The beets we foiled first and cooked them for 20 minutes to get them half done. Then peeled and sliced and mixed them with the cut up beans on the griddle, with a good dose of coconut oil. Five minutes in the zucchini and fiddle heads went on. The fiddle heads we picked this spring and are in the freezer. I put some nice spices on and some Himalia pink salt. Louisette and I have good blood pressure so salt is quite important for us.
While the vegies are grilling I also put the center loin pork steaks on and everything was done at the same time.
This is how Louisette and I are losing our weight every day a little bit and feeling really great. For us this is not a diet it is how we live.
