Our fresh sprouts are growing

Here is a progress report on our farm in the kitchen. The two new crops are doing well the roots are a lot longer and you start to see the stems. The mung beans are doing well to. It won’t be long now. There is a big increase of the volume, in the bottles.

For now we keep the two new crops in the dark so they will stretch a bit, but they will finish off in the light so they are green for the harvest. The mung beans stay always in the dark to have that nice white color.
