We had our first spaghetti squash out of your soon to be new homestead garden. I grew them up instead of flat on the ground. They grew unbelievable and lots of fruits are hanging everywhere, as you can see. We took one to see if it was ready and it was fine and delicious. We do eat low carb, to keep our weight under control (it worked 0.4lb down this morning). With lot's of nutrients, due to the no dig growing, we had a great meal.
