start a little earlier

Here in New Brunswick the growing season starts late. We still had snowflakes in the air today. Your beans and corn need a warm soil to germinate so I seed them in a plug tray and plant the plugs when it is getting warm. When you seed them indoors your soil is warm and you can keep the soil evenly moist so you have a good germination. By doing this you will start your harvest a month or more earlier. This morning I used up my last lettuce and from here it will come out of the garden.
