The sprout farm

We have expended our sprout farm, so we have more variety. Beside the mung beans, we now get broccoli and a mixed, alfalfa, clover, mustard and radish.

It is all very quick and not much can go wrong. On the little seeds you can start to see the roots coming out of the seed. They were put into the Mason jar 2 days ago. Every day Louisette rinses the seed and then drain the water out. In another few days they should be ready.

Yesterday we had a nice stir-fry finished off with the bean sprouts from Sunday. That is when I seeded the batch you can see on the picture today.
